Let me open up and say I am an “Austinite”, and proud to be a Texan!
I am an entrepreneur at heart who has built and sold very successful businesses, which are ongoing concerns today. More recently, due to my passion I have created a new type of real estate Company named Nellis Properties. I believe our success is attributed to our devotion to our clients and our strong customer service. OUR CLIENTS ALWAYS COME FIRST!
I have been in the Real Estate market from as old as I can remember. My Dad owned and still owns Real Estate throughout central Texas. As soon as I could lift a paint brush he had me painting walls and crawling under houses.
After more than 15 years of experience as a Real Estate Investor myself, and not receiving the personal attention from the agents that I was hiring, I decided to fire them all and go and get my license for two primary reasons; to give the personal commitment and attention that my clients deserve and to have insight information into the market conditions for my personal purchases.
With a background in System’s Engineering, I use that knowledge to market our properties through a multitude of websites for maximum exposure. This is part of our Elite Marketing Systems® process. As part of this process, we partner with some of the best companies for photos, floorplans, flyers and have invested in our website for a listings maximum exposure.
